How to Access Our Services
The Warwick House Intensive Residential Treatment

In Pennsylvania, services may be funded directly by the PA Medical Assistance fee for service program or through a Medical Assistance Managed Care Organization.
Coverage may also be available through certain commercial insurers on a case-by-case basis.
The Warwick House is a contracted provider with PA Medical Assistance and certain Medical Assistance Managed Care Organizations including Magellan Behavioral Health (MBH), Community Behavioral Health (CBH), Community Care Behavioral Health (CCBH).
Services typically require prior authorization based on coverage guidelines for treatment established by PA Medical Assistance and/or those guidelines established by the managed care organization / commercial insurance carrier.
It is important to note that children and familie s who are authorized for treatment by either Medical Assistance or a Medical Assistance Managed Care Organization are not required to pay out of pocket for most treatment expenses.
However, in those circumstances when private (commercial) insurance is accessed for coverage, services may be subject to policy specific deductible and co-payment requirements.
